Evie has learned some serious confidence in herself! She's jumped for the first time at class, and did her first front roll just a few days after practicing them in class! She made her first friend at the Little Gym, and has learned to share, help, clean up, and follow directions (which we're still working on).
But perhaps the most important thing we've gotten out of the little gym is meeting other parents who think like we do! We've met other families who chose to have their children at home. Other families who chose to delay or refuse immunization. Families who homeschool, and families who started education programs with their children at just 4 months old. Not feeling so alone in this great big world of parenting has been a blessing, a strength and a source of sanity in our lives. We wouldn't trade our time at The Little Gym for anything. We really owe Josh's mom (who is also my mom now too) a huge thank you for her financial contribution, and avid support of us taking Evie and Inara to gym class! Thanks mama!
Here are some pictures from this morning at The Little Gym!
